Our Company

We are proud of Hidden Resources and will do everything we can to protect and build our reputation and capability so that we can serve our customers better. Regard what follows as something of a 'manifesto'...

We started in 1995 as a small outfit who were the first to introduce NLP training to West Yorkshire. We still do that and over the years have grown and shrunk and grown again through various legal incarnations so that now we are a loose, and growing, affiliation of Associates who all focus on developing people. We work with learners of all ages from 5 to 105. We reckon that as children learn easiest and fastest, it is in our interests to generate a 'kidsense' in those with whom we work.

Those at school benefit from our committment to introducing new ways of enhancing learning, not least through the application of Brain Gym®, NLP, Accelerated Learning, and other interesting stuff.

Those going from school to work or further education might be lucky to have our involvement in their Young Enterprise work.

Young adults, and especially those in non-management work have benefited hugely from our committment to the Springboard and Navigator programmes.

Once you are on the ladder to wherever you want to go with your life, you might value our Manager/Leader Development Work, perhaps some coaching through Spring Forward or PEP, or maybe you just want to develop yourself in the widest sense through NLP training.

And you busy executive types, with too much to do, not enough time to do it in and cups overflowing with stress, will find that Superworking will make an astonishing difference to your wellbeing and capability.

What makes us different is that we care

We care about ourselves and so we are able to care about you. We invest in ourselves to make sure we are up to date - we want to be close to the leading edge of the fields in which we work and to be able to introduce customers to new ways of thinking and working.

We don't have fancy corporate offices - why should our clients pay the overheads? - so when you come to see us it will either be in our training room or some nice local cafe.

We don't have lots of glossy brochures either - why should our clients have to foot the bill when they learn much more by talking with us? - although all our stuff is somewhere on this site as a downloadable document. And I guess that you have figured out that we did not spend a five figure sum on a whizzy website either, entertaining flashy graphics are all well and good but they take ages to download and don't really add to the sum of human wellbeing, do they?

Nor do we have loads of prepackaged solutions that we try to force fit to customers - we have seen and suffered from that ourselves and will not do it to you! Of course, we do have some core ideas and approaches and if we design, say, a manager development programme for you then you'll probably find that 60% is common to other programmes - then, of course, there is a lot of core materials that managers need to know and be able to act on.

What we do have is passion
