Even more than in most organisations, are people really are our biggest asset. Ultimately, it takes great people to deliver great service to great customers and so we make sure that everyone we use lives and breathes the same philosophies and values that have made us successful for so long.

Our principals have wide and deep experience in public and private sectors, having been senior employees of major companies before they set themselves free to become consultants and help meet your needs.

Geoff specialises in change leadership and management development; working with individuals alone, in their teams and with their organisations to identify and use key leverage points for change.

Suzanne Wade - trainer with Hidden Resources

 Suzanne Wade 
Suzanne was once described as more Reubens than Twiggy; she increasingly puts this down to Geoff's cooking. A qualified INLPTA and Brain Gym® Trainer, she is also a UK Board member for Brain Gym® and licensed to deliver award winning Springboard® and its' sister programmes Spring Forward® and Superworking®.
John Lavan John Lavan - trainer with Hidden Resources

John and a dearly missed colleague, Claire Rushworth, created Hidden Resources in 1995 and, as an INLPTA Trainer still contributes to our NLP work. He also specialises in coaching and change leadership issues.

Henrie Lidiard - trainer with Hidden Resources

 Henrie Lidiard
Henrie is one of only a few NLP Master Trainers in the world. We are especially proud that she works with us and leads all of our certified NLP trainings. Henrie's enthusiasm, empathy, flexibility and phenomenal subject knowledge place her well to offer very high quality self-awareness and development as well as management and leadership training. Her passion is for "enabling people to turn new knowledge, insight and skills into action that yields positive results".
Anne Betts Anne Betts - trainer with Hidden Resources

Anne studied for her Practitioner and Master Practitioner with us before going on to her Trainer accreditation with INLPTA. She now works in part-time capacity for the NHS and puts her extensive Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Health Kinesiology and Reiki training into practice, offering personal training and consultation.

Ann has been with us for many years and specialises on our NLP-based programmes, working with other trainers to continuously improve our offerings. She has extensive background in a range of health sectors and recently collaborated on a groundbreaking piece of work using NLP as part of cancer care programmes.
Jill Wallis Jill Wallis - trainer with Hidden Resources

Jill’s vast experience has resulted in a unique and highly successful training approach. She delivers results in a relaxed and straightforward manner. A qualified dramatherapist, teacher and Brain Gym® Trainer, Jill has a wealth of experience and understanding of the emotional and psychological health of children and adults. She uses this knowledge to offer training and support in schools in the UK and abroad.

Jane Wintringham  

Jane practised as a lawyer for many years before choosing to specialise in personal development. She facilitates our Superworking® programmes and also helps with our NLP trainings as she is an INLPTA accredited trainer.
