His passion is on the human aspects within an organisation, with a particular focus on developing Leaders. He believes everyone in an organisation is capable of becoming a Leader. He designs and implements bespoke approaches with a highly successful track record. His friendly and open approach is balanced with a strong need for results.
John has many years experience of Change Management and Asset Management at senior levels in UK Utilities. Along with coaching senior staff in Leadership at Scottish Water and facilitation of an Asset Management Change Programme at Yorkshire Water he co-facilitates on many of our manageet and leadership development programmes. John was formerly Head of Capital Investment at Yorkshire Water. This experience, along with his Masters in Business Administration, has provided him with a rich insight into people dynamics within organisations. John is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance & Accountancy and of the International NLP Trainers Association.
