She is motivated, versatile and skilled in her approach, with broad experience and understanding. Clear thinking and an excellent communicator, Henrie is adaptable to the situation and offers coaching in a relaxed and constructive style. Henrie is a Master Trainer with INLPTA and leads all of our NLP Training, ensuring the highest quality and up to date approaches.
Henrie’s interest in change and communication arose from her earlier academic research and teaching in Environmental Geochemistry and Health. Studies of complex natural systems at the University of Bradford eventually evolved into researching what enabled innovation and creativity, in both the individual and in collaborative groups. Henrie’s expertise has come full circle in the present, and returning to the Health arena, she facilitates excellence and self-management of health professionals, especially within palliative care. She is an IPD Accredited Trainer as well as an INLPTA Certified Trainer of NLP, with additional expertise in Spiral Dynamics. Henrie also holds a Professional Qualification in Advanced Behavioural Modelling, and currently works within a broad spectrum of coaching and teaching in both the private and public sector. Henrie has a rich experience of developing exceptional management and leadership capabilities at all levels across many sectors. She also has a growing international reputation in the field of cultivating self-awareness and personal development. She is a talented trainer whose work is characterised by a depth of thinking and knowledge of her subject areas, which translates into precision in developing the understanding of her participants. Her particular passion is for enabling people to turn new knowledge, insight and skills into action that yields positive results. Henrie is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personal Development, a Master Trainer with the International NLP Training Association and the Association of NLP.
