His scientific and regulatory background is complemented by extensive experience in the human aspects of change management, equipping him well to handle assignments in the utility and other fields.
With a Master’s degree in Change Management, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Water & Environmental Management, Membership of the Institute of Management and as a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic programming, Geoff is well qualified to lead change in individual, team and organisational contexts. He has created and led change management teams, led the negotiations with quality Regulators as part of the last Periodic Review of prices for Yorkshire Water, driven the corporate sustainability agenda for a FTSE 100 company and developed and led several long and short term management development programmes. Geoff is also a Director of Artworks (a Bradford-based social enterprise using the arts to catalyse improvement in deprived areas and undervalued people), a Governor of a Specialist Inclusive Learning Cente in North West Leeds and advises the Environment Agency through membership of various statutory and non-statutory committees.
