Personal Development at the Environment Agency

We have delivered several programmes for the Environment Agency.

Following a nationwide pilot programme, we have been granted a three year commission to deliver programmes to the Environment Agency's North East Region.

The first programmes were delivered in 2004/5 and were very well received

Objective Setting

As part of their working towards Investors in People accreditation, we were commissioned to deliver a series of workshops helping managers to craft appropriate and motivating objectives for their staff.
