South Staffordshire Water is already the best in their field and Hidden Resources are proud to have worked with them for several years, developing and delivering a series of development programmes throughout the organisation:

These programmes cover all levels of management, integrate with each other and have been successful in both deepening and broadening the capability of managers in the business, helping South Staffordshire Water sustain their leading position in their industry.

John Morrall (Director of Human Resources) said:

“The design and delivery of the Programmes were key both to our senior level succession plans and the establishing of a new South Staffs way of managing the business. The benefits to the Company have been significantly noticeable through improved internal communications, the creation of inter-departmental networking leading on to operational efficiencies, and a more consistent management style now being applied to many employees."

Each of these programmes combined a subject-specific learning agenda, action learning enabling delivery of business improvements and personal or group coaching as appropriate.

We are particularly proud to have worked with The Institute of Administrative Management who accredited the 1 st XI Programme. This project recently featured in the IAM Journal, the participants having been awarded the IAM Diploma in Management Practice as a result of their successes. The 1 st XI received their Diplomas at the IAM Graduation Ceremony in the Merchant Tailor’s Hall in London on 26 October 2004 and followed their presentation with a guided tour of the Palace of Westminster.
