The Power of Purple This exciting new programme, started in September 2004, is designed to further enhance Leadership and Change Agency capabilities within South Staffordshire Water. It builds on earlier programmes, which were much more clearly focussed on Management. South Staffordshire Water are already the best in their field and this programme will help consolidate that position whilst supporting leaders through a challenging period ahead. The collaborative design has been significantly influenced by the participants as part of the self-examination that leads to an evolving Learning Contract. Participants developed a Personal Contract that clearly identifies what the individuals and the collective will deliver to the business as a consequence of their participation in the programme and also their own specific learning needs.
By focussing in the People and Process strands of successful Task delivery, we will help the business develop a self-sustaining change capability explicitly requiring skills transfer from the participants to others in the business – no “consultant dependency” here! Intensive personal development workshops are supplemented by sessions exploring specific aspects of the participants’ knowledge needs, with 360 feedback providing a valuable platform for understanding what each individual needs to develop further. The programme includes our leading edge coaching programme Superworking®. Superworking® is designed for people at the top - busy Chief Executive Officers, Directors and other senior executives who want to think more effectively, perform more productively and increase their energy, creativity and stress hardiness.
