Catalysing Change at Northern Ireland Water

Working in partnership with one of our major customers, South Staffordshire Water, we desinged and delivered a whole day workshop to senior staff at NIWS exposing them to both theory and practice relating to change in the water industry.

Drawing on our experience over several years at South Staffordshire and Yorkshire Water we helped them to recognise and explore strategies for handling some of the issues they would face as NIWS is transformed from a Civil Service operation to a GoCo.

In an interactive workshop led jointly by Geoff Roberts and John Morrall (Director of Human Resources at SSW), we explored the people issues asscoiated with change in contexts ranging from small team to whole organisation.
