Spring Forward is the new development programme for people on the way up! It enables participants to:

It's for women and men who have already done some work on their own personal and work development and who want to continue and deepen their progress. Many may be in managerial roles but this is not an essential requirement.

If you are already familiar with the Springboard or Navigator programmes, you'll notice some similarities in approach and subject matter in Spring Forward, but this programme tackles issues in much greater depth and at higher levels in organisations.

Spring Forward provides you with a process enabling you to tailor the programme to your own needs and circumstances, so each woman and man achieves her/his own unique results.

You can realistically expect:

improved individual and team communication
improved performance from reduced stress levels
clear goals and actions to achieve them
more solutions initiated and staff accepting more responsibility
staff proactively seeking to develop their fullest potential

Spring Forward is a 3 month programme consisting of:

	a two-day and a one-day workshop
	coaching support
	individual project work
	a specially written Spring Forward pack with additional materials, a specially recorded CD and the inspiring 'Springing Forward' book written by Gina Harris and Lisa Edwards.
